Howdy Gang ~
Too much time flies by and I neglect to put my thoughts down about where the winery is at, what we are doing and what's coming up. Well this is the start of a new season for us. We've got a brand new wine we've created for a fantastic local restaurant in Everett, Wa. Terracotta Red, check 'em out www.terracottaredbistro.com The wine will be released on their spring menu coming up in April/May timeframe based on getting all the legal stuff done (label approval).
I'm so excited about what's happening with our wines, wine club and new associations we've made over the past few months. Keep an eye out for a whole new look to our website AND wine labels, we are going to enter the 21st century and get a more dynamic looking site and labels to match. Our expansion in wine production over the past two years has us busting at the seams in our "Garagiste" winery and our new little Smart car needs a comfy home to live in, plus I'm getting tired of defrosting windows in these sub zero temps outside. So with that said, we are also planning on moving the winery production this year, all based on cost of new location and timing etc. In conjunction with the winery move, We are going to be offering "Winemaker for a Day" classes that would allow folks to be involved in the whole process of winemaking. I don't have all the details ironed out, but this blog is supposed to be the place to let all know who care about what's going on with us !! If you might be interested in this, drop us a line and I'm open to suggestions. I'll be back often to keep you posted on what's happening. Cheers ~ Max
